As the days go on we are gaining what would seem to be a firmer grasp on server reconciliation.Player asset management disbursement has been underway; there are still game aspects needing to be attended to and updated which our Developers are working hard to progress through. Be it no easy task to redo in days and weeks what took place over the span of months as far as development.

Game Information and Fixes
The server was reverted to a date of November 20th as far as player in-game progress. The game server itself much farther as indicative throughout the world in-game play and other communications.
The particulars with this are since the server was wiped we are able to reimburse players who purchased jewels: subs, store items and accounts from jewel balances from donations on November 20th and going forward as we have purchase records of these transactions.
XP items and other progress is just untraceable for us beyond this rollback point having the server wiped and no further back-up data than what we are using slated before the attacks; it is not a easy truth for many to digest but it is the honest facts.
As we look to learn an grow from our past the server is backed up daily and security measure increased so as not to see anything like this affect the server and game once again.
Combat and Prayer Subscriptions have been fixed are now in working order!
Password changes are recommended to those who were not forced to change as a precaution though superior encryption is being used. If you use the password you use here else where you should change it; especially if it was what was leaked out and could be used again against your character and thoroughly invested efforts.

What if we have a screenshot with our stats and bank inventory? I started playing about a week before this reset so I really don't have much to lose; although, I'm sure many others would contest the point. I saw the drama unfolding the night before the server went down and thought it would be wise to, or does my forethought really not even matter?
Well, first off thanks for the inquiry if your needing some clarification but no screen shots or captures are admissible.
The the subscriptions, items and accounts that were donated for via the site shop and not received are what we can trace, measure and reimburse from the server restoration point.
Double XP is running in tribute and dedication to the players who have been working hard and had their game-play affected.

i have not been reimbursed for my subs as well i paid the 17$ dollar one twice since the 20th and i am not even subbed nor have my subs in game or jewels on website. please tell me whats going on

Why is my double xp not working when i just doubled up on subs!???
The week long double XP has ended. Many took advantage of the boost and made some heavy gains; as well as some players regained they're progress points they were once at.Hope everyone had a good time; definitely saw a good amount of grinding away at levels going on!
